Make phone calls for the purpose of building relationships, qualifying the lead, and generating interest in our client's products.
Provide feedback identifying call trends and prospect needs; identify ways to improve the current process.
Track calls, follow-up calls required, scheduled call backs, and call transfers through computer system.
Meet goals relating to productivity, number of calls made, contacts, and leads qualified.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Great phone etiquette and demeanor
Ability to think quickly on their feet
Must have Outbound calling experience within the past 2 years. Last/latest BPO job involving outbound calling in sales and collection is preferred.
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
Must be willing to work on night shift.

Carry out manipulation and cleansing of data to establish and ensure the translation and transcription of business data into appropriate and viable information. Generate and analyze reports, identify trends and patterns while continuously monitoring performance from statistical data that serves as basis for further improvement.
Translate data and analyze results with statistical approach and techniques to provide continuing reports.
Gather data from primary and secondary sources and maintain system and database.
Develop and establish data collection systems to optimize data quality and efficiency.
Filter data, review reports and performance indicators to detect, locate and repair code problems.
Analyze, identify and interpret patterns in complex data trends.
Excellent English communication skills.
Advanced skills in database management tools and spreadsheet applications.
Proficient and competent in the presentation of analysis and findings.
Readiness to efficiently translate and convert data into acceptable and comprehensible document.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to analyze and integrate data from various points and extract information from multiple search engines.
Knowledge in ETL Development, Data handling and/or manipulation is an advantage.
Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.

Work Experience Requirements
Overall 5+ yrs. of work experience in an International BPO outbound Call Center / similar profile with 2-3 years of team handling experience in Team leader/Team manager role
Experience in lead generation industry is a plus
Experience in Operations and development of Processes and Team Structure
Qualification & Educational Requirement
Bachelor/College Degree in any field
Post Graduate in Management will be preferred
Ability to meet stretched targets and goals
Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Skilled in soliciting input and proactively evaluating business, client and candidate needs
